I'm 32 and have a background in classical ballet and gymnastics. I have always cared a lot about my body and healthy eating and have been vegan for almost half my life. I also have a PhD in literature and speak fluent French, Spanish and English. But my favourite language is the one we speak with the body. I'm curious about how infinitely much potential and pleasure our bodies hold when we dare to let go of our ingrained and stuck patterns.
