The study shows that men under 70 reduce their likelihood of getting prostate cancer by up to 36 percent if they get Episk Massage regularly. According to Professor Graham Giles of Cancer Council Victoria, who led the study, frequent ejaculations are good because they empty the prostate, preventing potentially carcinogenic substances from building up in the gland.
According to Professor Giles, it does not matter whether the ejaculation happens by hand, through intercourse or in another way. Whatever the case, it adds to the account that fights cancer.
The result is said to be even better, however, if the ejaculations happen through Episk Massage, possibly combined with prostate massage, because the massage increases blood flow in the prostate and empties the prostate fluid even more effectively.

According to sexologist and author Jakob Olrik, who advises both women and men on how to achieve an even better sex life, prostate cancer is still a taboo subject:
It has become normal to talk about cancer in women, but we men tend not to talk about it if we are affected ourselves, especially when it strikes our manhood. But the reality is that it can affect us a lot, both sexually and psychologically, and we need to focus more on that.
Jakob Olrik says this in a press release, stressing that Danish men should simply get started.
