1. Confidentiality
The therapist is always bound by an unconditional duty of confidentiality. This means our therapist may not and will not, under any circumstances, pass on confidential information about clients to others, unless the client has expressly given permission to do so. Likewise, records and other information will be stored securely.
2. Clothing
Our therapist will always be clothed. As a rule, the client will be naked during the treatment.
3. Therapist/client relationship
The therapist always acknowledges and respects the client's boundaries. The therapist stops massaging if the client asks. Before the physical treatment, we will therefore also talk about communication during the treatment, so that misunderstandings and/or breakdowns in communication are avoided as far as possible.
If a romantic relationship develops between a therapist and a client, the therapist/client relationship ends.
4. Integrity
Therapists are aware of the power they hold in their role as therapist and will never use this power to exploit clients sexually or in any other way.
Treatments are never given to people who are unkempt, show a lack of integrity, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The treatment stops immediately if clients grope or ask for sexual services. No financial compensation is given for an interrupted treatment.
5. Risk of infection
We expect you to be free of sexually transmitted and other contagious diseases. Before the massage begins, you must have checked yourself for genital warts and anything else contagious. To avoid spreading infection, you must tell the masseuse about this before the massage begins. This gives the masseuse the chance to prevent infection spreading to herself and other customers.
So check yourself with a mirror for genital warts on and around the genitals.
We reserve the right to massage wearing gloves if there are visible signs of a risk of infection to us and our other customers.
We hope for your understanding and support regarding the above, as no one comes to our clinics to catch a sexually transmitted disease. That is why we take hygiene at the clinic very seriously.
6. Sex
No sexual services of any kind are offered, including intercourse, oral and any other form of penetration.
7. Cancellation/no-show
If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible. At least 24 hours in advance, though.
For missing or late cancellations, a no-show fee of DKK 500 will be charged.
